Welcome to A Brighter Beginning. These Terms of Use govern your use of this website and our services. By using this website or scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Our services. A Brighter Beginning Wellness, LLC provides faith-based mentorship, coaching, and encouragement for women, and gentle, faith-based support for children walking through family transitions. Our services are relational and educational in nature. They are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or medical or mental health treatment, and no clinician-patient or other professional treatment relationship is created by using this website or attending sessions. Please review our Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Appointments. Appointments are by request only and are confirmed when we respond to your request with a scheduled time. Sessions are available in person at our Miami location; telehealth appointments are available for women outside the Miami area or who are unable to travel.

Payment. Sessions begin at $65 per hour. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and card.

Cancellations and rescheduling. Life happens, and we understand. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice so the time can be offered to another woman. Repeated missed appointments without notice may require prepayment to schedule future sessions.

Services for children. Sessions for children are provided only with the consent of, and arranged by, a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on the child’s behalf and remains responsible for the child’s care.

Your responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when contacting us or scheduling; to use the website and our services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes; and to treat our team and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where that respect is not maintained.

Website content and intellectual property. Content on this site, including articles on our Insights page, is offered for general encouragement and information only and is not professional advice of any kind. All content, text, graphics, logos, and images on this site are the property of A Brighter Beginning Wellness, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to our pages; you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties. This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Brighter Beginning Wellness, LLC and its team members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website, its content, or our services. In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to the claim.

General. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website.
